Information usage policy

Open To Create… values and respects any personal data you decide to share with us.

Access to your data – at anytime you can contact Open To Create… and ask us about what data we hold on file for you. Call Anna 07941 655 856 to start this process off.

Crediting – we will always do our best to uphold creative copyright and credit the artist’s whose work we use on our site. If we miss something or mis-credit an image please contact us immediately for us to put this right.

Newsletters – At any time you want you are able to unsubscribe to our Mailchimp powered newsletter HERE

Research & evaluationwith your permission we will use your feedback on working with us within evaluation, pitch and reporting documentation,

Data sharing – When working with partners such as venues for courses we will provide your access or dietary information you have chosen to give to us.

Data storage – We safely store your data in our office on external hard drives with password protected controls and online in the cloud via back ups to Google Docs.

Data waste – We shred any paper based information with client data on and recycle this.

If there is ever any issue we may have missed through human error – please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to set this right.

Open To Create… is registered with ICO on an annual voluntary membership until 5th April 2016
